Origin

This coffee is a blend. A blend that is 100%  Arabica and is meant to be your DAILY DRIVER. This coffee is derived from 3 separate estates located in Coorg and Chikamaglur. From Karnataka's lush Western Ghats, grown at 1,200–1,600 metres above sea level. At this altitude, the slow-ripening cherries develop extraordinary complexity, especially with the natural process.

A beautifully expressive cup — the natural process lets the fruit ferment on the cherry, giving this Arabica its signature sweetness and floral lift. Expect a wine-like complexity with a soft, caramel-tinged finish.

Brew Guide — V60 Pour Over

Dose: 15g coffee | Water: 215ml at 91°C | Grind: Medium-fine
Time: ~3:00–3:30 minutes

1. Rinse your filter and preheat your V60.
2. Add 15g of ground coffee.
3. Pour 50ml of water and allow a 45-second bloom — blends need a little more time to open up.
4. Now a multi pour staggered at 50ml, 50ml, 50ml.
5. Last pour of 15ml from high up to agitate.
6. Total brew time: ~3:00–3:30 minutes. Let the coffee do the talking.
