Baarbara Estate, Chikmagalur, India — one of the most celebrated coffee-growing regions in the country, nestled in the Western Ghats at 1,400 metres above sea level.

Brew Guide — V60 Pour Over

Dose: 15g coffee | Water: 200ml at 93°C | Grind: Medium-fine
Time: ~3:00 minutes

1. Rinse your filter and preheat your V60.
2. Add 15g of ground coffee.
3. Pour 50ml of water for a 30-second bloom.
4. Continue pouring in slow, circular motions up to 250ml.
5. Total brew time: ~3 minutes. Enjoy.
