Origin

ABK Plantation, Sakleshpur, India — a small, family-run farm tucked into the lush hills of Karnataka's Hassan district, at 1,300–1,500 metres above sea level. Sakleshpur's cool climate and rich soil produce some of India's most characterful Arabica.

Brew Guide — French Press

Dose: 18g coffee | Water: 300ml at 90°C | Grind: Coarse
Time: 4 minutes

1. Add 18g of coarsely ground coffee to your French press.
2. Pour 300ml of water just off the boil (90°C).
3. Stir gently, place the lid on, and steep for 4 minutes.
4. Press slowly and pour immediately. Enjoy the depth.
